It started on 11 june when I submitted my Nokia Lumia 1520 first time for its excessive overheating while charging and also while doing nothing. They return my phone on 25 june but I refused to take it back as there were lots of scratches on my back panel so i called to Nokia Care and they told me to leave the phone in Nokia care center at kashipur, Uttarakhand against complaint number: 1-15257600633 now from 25june to till date either they have not provided me the status or if they did then it comes out to be a false information.I am feeling helpless what to do and where to lodge a complaint.Did not received the phone yet.

1. A written progress report of each day from 25 june to the date I will receive my phone of what they did each day. 2. The depreciation value of the phone and the extended warranty of the time that has been wasted due to non-sense delay.
