On 3 rd of july I recharged with 499 hat made all outgoing std and local calls (on net) free.Today morning while calling a std on net number 48 rupees of my balance was deducted.I again recharged with 30 rupee and after calling an onnet std number whole of my balance was deducted again.which should not be the case.

have lost 71 rs as balance but more was the harassment I faced.I was continuously lied to and told that the system is down and they couldn’t check my details.And later my access to customer service was blocked.

I want refund and assurance from the brand that such thing will not happen in future
