The Dell wireless mouse has not been serviced/replaced against the Order ID OD31105050324, there is a deal of 15 months service between Flipkart and Dell from the date of manufacture concealing the fact from me. When I contact the Dell technical support desk 18004250088 I have been told that the Dell is helpless and cannot do anything neither they can give service nor they can replace as there is a 15 months warranty period from the date of manufacture which starts from 25 of March 2013. Hence they told me to contact Flipkart for service and replacement. When I contact the Flipkart customer support they told me that they are looking into the issue as the date mentioned on the cash memo is on 5th November 2013 valid for 1 year however did not give me any tentative date/time for resolution. They also informed that it will not be replaced in any condition however they can only try to repair if required. Common civilians being treated as a ball been thrown from one court to another.

I want a replacement of the Dell wireless mouse with a new one.
