Tata docomo -3G Speed very slow poor service

Hi, I had recharged for 500 rs in the month of june availing benefit of 400 Rs talk time and having 2GB of 3G data. i am being onsite in hubli basically from bangalore and it is advertised to people the presence of 3G ,but last two months of using after recharge i have found tata docomo reception is very poor and very poor service which i have called to the cutomer senoior executive and he said he will come back to me .But never came back with in any suggestion nor feedback.yesterday i had made calls to two numbers and my balance had come down from 190+ to 130+ RS and the balance of the data was over and i have not used internet after that .over THE NIGHT THE ENTIRE BALANCE IS REDUCED T0 0.01 rs.The customer executive as usual helpless transferred the call to senior person who made me to wait for 20 minutes and then also didn’t pick up the call. .I request you to please refund the money immediately and please improve the customer service
