Whirlpool – Stabilizer did not work stopped responding

The service engineer who came to give the demonstration cheatingly sold a stabilizer whereas the consumer call center said that it is not needed. Even the said stabilizer did not work. After several attempts they stopped responding to our calls. We tried complaining again this week and again had a fight. The service engineer even said that you can complain to whomsover but only i can attend it. They keep on asking for additional 650 rupees to upgrade the stabilizer but will not give in writing that they will refund the money if even the upgraded stabilizer does not work. Please provide a solution to this situation.

We want a full refund of the stabilizer that has been sold to us and a written apology from the company and action against the
