VKC footwear – Manufacturing defect not replaced by dealer

I have bought a pair of VKC footwear of Art Number 403, which costs INR 219.00 from a shop at Velachery, Chennai on the mid of June for emergency use as my old foot wear was damaged. I started using the product on June 25, 2014 for the first time, travelling from Chennai to Nagercoil. After using the product I feel really comfortable with the left one but very uncomfort with the right one I experienced severe pain on the right little finger of my toe. I didn’t mind this issue as I thought the product was new it would be causing the pain. After close examination of the product, I found the manufacturing defect in product and soon I sent a mail to veekesyshoes@vkcgroup.com but that was an invalid email id. So I called the customer care number 04936-206855 and nobody picked the call even after trying many times. After searching internet i got Tamilnadu customer care number. By calling them they asked to contact Kerala Customer care number. Every one has given some other number to contact and finally i spoke to the company’s representative. At first he agreed to exchange the product with the dealer in Nagercoil. So i met the dealer yesterday(16/07/2014) the dealer said that the product was used for two months and they won’t replace it. Again i called company representative and explained everything but he told that they won’t take back. I used that product for 2 or 3 times only. The product was manufactured on May 2014, then how could i use that for two months
