mis leading information by dealer , compelling to buy at higher price , deliberately hiding facts > sold faulty handset , replaced the handset once …..same problems occurred in 2nd handset too. > majority of the time handset has been in faulty position adding no value and usage but in-turn affecting productivity. > both handset’s were insured , so insurance money wasted. both had screen guard , another 1000 Rs wasted. 1st handset had games and others apps worth around rs 1100 , all wasted. > handset is already withdrawn from the market > company not returning money , not increasing the warranty , not issuing other model handset , no assurance that same would not happen again > total waste of 21000 Rs spent till now. > totally frustrated over NOKIA
