i have purchased the dc-16 product of the company as on 5 december 2013 and the same was submitted back to the care centre on 11/dec/13 because of some technical problem in the device. the delivery date of the device was 30/dec/2013 which has expired
the are mentally harassing me, as when i call the customer care centre they told me that your device is already send to care centre and when i call the care centre they told me they have not receive the device yet. the same has happen almost 6 time till now
now i just want my money back which i have paid for the device which RS.1400
