Dear Sir/ mam, I have purchased Nokia Lumia 625 Mobile in Nov. 2013. Since June 014 i am facing some problem regarding the device. I am keep complaining for the same to the authorised nokia care center at anand. Regarding the same issue i have visited there for at least times but still the problem is same with device. Now i am frustrated and feeling cheated by the Nokia India. I am a student living away from my home and in this circumstances its very difficult for me to spare money and time to visit the Nokia Care.
I want a new device at the place of old one. because this device can not be repaired by Nokia Care Or I want my spended money back in cash.
