I hold two accounts in same bank. One is Saving Bank Bank of India account and another is for LPG Subsidy transfer. I have been denied ATM card on the second account so I requested the bank authorities to link my Adhar Card to my Saving Bank account on which I have all the facility(ATM Card / Check book)to with draw cash but they refused to link Adhar card to the requested account. Reason: Unknown. When I asked them If I can talk to Branch Manager they simply lied, saying he’s on leave while I saw him sitting in his cabin.
All the customers holding LPG subsidy account has to come to the branch personally regardless of young or old and they have to stand in long queues every time and this transaction is being done some where out side of the branch where there is not enough space for customers to sit and wait for their turn. This place is a small shop, may be rented by BOI to handle LPG subsidy customers.
