i purchased a nokia lumia 510 from univercell tirupattur (imei-353662054550629).it costs rs:6600.i returned it on next day as it was not working.so that they gave me another lumia 510(imei-353662054095781) on 03/08/2013(bill enclosed).unfortunately that was also not working properly.problems are like its touch is not working properly and is hanging while attending the calls. then the very nextday i gave it to univercell people.they told that they will give it to nokia centre and repair it and come after 10 dayas.after 10 days they gave me the phone back telling that it is ok.but while i am using the same problems are there.then i gave the phone back to univercell itself and they sent it for repairing for many times(job sheet is enclosed).but it was not worked properly. then on 28/11/2013 the univercell manager told me that he will repalace my phone within 45 days and he gave me a letter also mentioning the same(letter enclosed).i went to their show room on 06/01/2014 and gave the phone for replacement(job sheet enclosed) and they told me to come after 15 days for getting the new phone. after 15 days many times i went to univercell,but they told me to come next week,next week upto one month.after one month the univercell manager told me that as the nokia is not supporting they cant able to replace my cell and gave the phone back to me. this is clearly a case of cheating the customer by both nokia and univercell people.so please take your kind attention in this matter,looking forward for a jenuine solution. rakesh c k mob :8056019085

i have to get my money back with compensation as i cant use the mobile phone foe nearly 8 months after purchasing.
