Bought a new handset Nokia XL Dual SIM from Spice Hot Spot Malviya Nagar on 25/10/2014 for Rs 9400/-. Detected that its battery was not fully charging and was getting over heated. Due to emergency work, could not go to the dealer and contacted them on 1/11/2014. The dealer refused to replace and was asked to go to Nokia Care center. I went to Care Center on 5/11/2014 in Kotla. Hand set was checked and they asked to come next day. Next day I was told the defective battery will be replaced and handset will be given to me within 20 days. Now I am told that other defect in handset and repair will take some more days.My complaint number with Nokia Care is I-1574887653.

want that Nokia India replaces my hand set as I am not ready to take a repaired hand set, which will continue giving me problems. I have been using other Nokia sets before since last 14 years.I am not convinced that they will repair my handset and will not be satisfied as a user. It will be an obstruction in my busy work schedules and a waste of my money spent. If they do not replace the handset, then I want the refund back immediately.
