Dear Sir, I’m Mallaiah Valasa resident of Miyapur, Hyderabad. I received a Free Jio-Fi device (IMEI: 911566XXXX0900) from Bajaj Electronics on purchase of a Sony Television on 21.09.17. I got an offer of free data and voice 7 months. Next day I ordered a Jio Sim (9398315592) from Jio Door Delivery Representative Mr. Parushram (Mob No. 7013324982). The offer didn’t apply, then I approached Jio Store in Miyapur on 28.09.17 and they gave me another Sim – 9398447254. But it was of no use still the offer didn’t apply. Meanwhile I contacted Jio customer care but the service was pathetic, all my efforts went in vain. Finally, I contacted Mr. Shambu Prahlad-Premium Relation Manager, Sales & Marketing Hyderabad on 15.10.17. He also gave another Sim Card – 9398304608. Again, the same thing repeated-offer didn’t apply. I’m writing this to you as a final try from my side, if I don’t get a proper resolution and nobody responds in this regord Mallaiah Valasa
