Non activation of new Airtel SIM

Dear Sir, I have purchased new Airtel postpaid connection. I have given my address proof by a letter issued by my office, as I am a central Govt employee. This Number was activated for two days, meanwhile I have been share this number to my head quarter Delhi for all communication. After two days its outgoing was blocked and then I have contacted to Airtel customer care. They told me your address verification is not successful so that this is blocked. After some time my incoming was also blocked . My given address is correct and even I have received Airtel welcome letter on same address. Then I have raised complained to Airtel portal which complaint No is (PO 052600145). After complaining Airtel executive told me it will be verified and my number will be activated with in two days. As per him my number was activated for one day 27th May and then again outgoing is blocked. Curren status on 1st June 2015 my outgoing is blocked and I am unable to get any help from Airtel customer support as they are not able to resolved my issue. I do not know what is going on blackened team of Airtel and why my no is not activated. Till date no any executive contacted to us for address verification.
