Dear Sir, I regret to state that the most pathetic courier service I have ever come across is yours. Two couriers posted by me Nos. SDR 290712 and SDR 290713 on 22/08/2015 and I was told that it will be reaching destination within 3 days but to my astonishments I have spoken to my relatives only to find out that they have not yet received the consignment even on 29/08/2015. Dear sir one avails of the courier service for a substitute for post office either for fast delivery or for some professionalized touch, Which were missing hence I request you to close down your operations from at least from the places you could not provide proper services, As this brings in bad name and is not good for long run. “ NO CUSTOMER FEELINGS FROM YOUR SIDE “. It is a RAKHI day and my brothers could not get it only because you delayed the service. Never again will I go for this courier next time. An aggrieved customer SUJATHA
