I have two Promissory Notes Ref : Bills/650384/2014 and Bills/650385/2014 both for Rs. 1,25,000/- each. The maturity dated is 3/08/2015. We had opted for monthly interest. Cheques bounced back. The company is not paying interest or maturity amounts to the depositors. IN BRAND THERE IS NO MISC, SO I HAVE CHOSEN THIS AT RANDOM. THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY AND THE FORM WONT ACCEPT A BLANK.

We are Senior Citizens and had deposited this big amount with an option of monthly interest to make ends meet. This is our hard earned money and we are badly hit by this economically and mentally. We pay our day to day expenses and medical expenses from our investments. Now we cannot make ends meet. This is a big amount and we are devastated. Please help.

We would like to get our Principal amount back before the due date and interests if possible. Definitely our Principal amount of Rs. 2,50,000/- which is due on 3/8/2015. They have given us post dated cheques for the interests and maturity amounts. I am attaching the post dated cheques copies for your perusal.
