SnapDeal Fraud & Cheating on Order Cancellations

I have ordered online “BOROSIL ENGLISH SUMMER MILANO 35 PIECE DINNER SET WITH 6 PICE 295 ML GLASS FREE” through snapdeal.com, Date of Purchase: 7th February, Product code: 6416488995, Order No: 4830078121, I paid an amount of Rs. 1328 only through credit card.

On 16th february 2015 , suddenly I received a sms from snapdeal that my order was cancelled. I rang snapdeal customer care just after receiving the sms, the lady tried to convince me that the product which I had ordered was out of stock and snapdeal would transfer the refund money to my account. I argued if it was out of stock, how was confirmation mail and other updates such as day to day confirmation update of the delivery process and even the confirmation massage that the product was packed and waiting for courier pickup were received by me. How the product was out of stock even after completion of all formalities for dispatch? I am a regular customer of online shopping. Stock of the product is always shown at the time of purchase not after a few days of the purchase. Secondly if the product is out of stock, selling will be blocked automatically and no consumer can buy it furthermore. Hence the logic given by the customer care executive of snapdeal shows either her lack of knowledge about the process or a cheap stultification for fraudulence and cheating. I have purchased the product through the proper procedure but after passing almost a week i cannot received it. Moreover they returned back the amount (i.e; rs. 1328) even without taking my permission. It was not a missed or incomplete transaction. Hence there is no question of return back the money. I do not know how many people are daily affected by such type of fraud transaction. I want my product back and also such type of fraudulence and cheating with the customers should be stopped. Please help me for helping the nation from such fraudulence and cheating and take necessary action for getting my product back. In Saach Bharat no such thing should happen and i assure that i will go to the maximum extent for stopping such cheating.
