Xolo Mobiles very Poor Customer Service

My name is Ram Kumar My phone XOLO Q900T is Damaged on Screen and Speaker. I’m Calling for Paladin Care Service. Agent pickup my phone at 27 Jan. 2015, but Insurance company is not responding to the same. I’m struck between Xolo’s Terrible Mobile Repair Service and Plaadin for the insurance. Beware before making a purchase decision with these two brands.

I had bought xolo q 1000s plus mobile before 5 months and unfortunately i lost its sim tray/adaptor. I had noticed this to service center and company before 3 months but there is no reply from them. very very poor service from the service centre as well as company. they are not even responding to the complaint. Really dissapointed with the companys behaviour. my mobile which costs 14000 is useless without sim tray and the company is not providing the sim tray or adaptor to my xoloq 1000s plus mobile.
