I applied for Tata docomo broadband VADODARA on 2nd Dec 2014 and i paid 572rs/- for installing they took money from me and its been 3 months no connection have been installed at my place..after taking money and all documents and frequent followup they replied..there is no junction box..so we are unable to put connection at ur appartment… i call them daily but they give me useless reasons like i m at meeting, out of station, and when i asked them about refunding my money they said i will take 15 days and still they say its in process it will be at u in 20 days and now keep saying the same they have wasted my 3 months the guy who took money from me for installation is PRAKASH SOLANKI his no is +918866668977 He commits me that money will be refunded in 15- 20 days from last 3 months or else i will give from my pocket and has since disappeared.
