Ref revised PPO No.228780704745 Dated : 2 September 2013 addressed to central pension processing center, Chandani Chowk, Delhi issued by Central Pension Accounting Office New Delhi in respect of DevDass holder of pension account no. 11047222509 at State Bank Of India Meerut Cantt branch no. 0680 Request early payment of arrears of differential commutation amount of Rs 11013 and additional retirement gratuity of Rs10065 necessitated through above ref revised PPO complaint already made through SBI Meerut Cantt branch on 19.11.2013 but no relief so far. Kindly intervene for expeditious action.

My SBI account no.31935652681; PPO no. 001101101195 I have submitted my Life Certificate in person at my SBI branch, Pattabhipuram, Guntur 522006 on 1st January, 2014. I have not received my pension for the months Dec., 2013 and Jan., 2014 so far
