Poor service of BSNL customer care – Government Doesn’t Care

BSNL has been getting on my nerves day by day though I have already withdrawn my mobile services with the Bsnl and am planning to do the same with the broadband services yet my dad being an old consumer of the Bsnl mobile services has not disconnected its services as his number being circulated within his work and friend circle we been facing a lot of problems with the services and once we try to call the customer service for help all we get is the estimated wait time that is never less then half an hour or so and no one is as free to wait for those many minutes and in case you get lucky to have a less wait time the call is not answered and is disconnected by itself I need a reply and an answer to this else would not mind approaching the consumer court for the harassment and the financial loot being done by the Bsnl
