Dear Sir, I have purchased a second hand FIAT LINEA EMOTION Vehicle No. DL1C-M-0497 from M/s Green Carriers and Contractors Delhi Pvt Ltd and given personally at RTO Office at Mall Road (Near Kashmere Gate) alongwith required documents for changing the same on my name on and paid the required fee of Rs. 500/- on 28 April, 2017. I was given an assurance that I will be getting the same around 25 May 2017. In the first week of June 2017 (i.e. 02.06.2017) I went to collect the same from Window No. 17 but the dealing officer shown his in-ability to provide me the original RC of my name as it was not traceable with him. He noted down my mobile No. 9560158447 and assured that he will locate my RC and will call me. The month of June 2017 has passed but neither I got my RC nor any call from the dealing officer. Kindly help me for providing my RC (Original) at the earliest as I am having only receipt of RC Deposit (Receipt/Appl No. DL1R170400004015/DL170400001619807 dated 28.04.2017. An early action in the matter is requested please.
