Yoga Y 500 Laptop – No Customer Service

Dear Sir, I purchased a laptop of Lenovo, (Model : Yoga Y 500, Sr.No. R90GEV98, Machine Type : 80N4003WIN) for my Company’s Director. I was hesitating to purchase this model but I made the decision to buy the same due to some good recommendations of Lenovo Engineers & also the sales person assure me that the laptop is little costly but it is suitable for uninterrupted work because of it prior service & best performance. But my experience has turned out very poorly. I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with your product in hopes you can help remedy the situation I had lodge complaints of the same several times details as below:-

1. 11/07/2016 8007369422 Some keys were not working Keyboard was changed
2. 11/02/2017 8008608036 Screen body automatically opened from hing side Screen body was changed after ADP form
3. 05/04/2017 7007944563 Laptop dead while working Motherboard Changed
4. 20/04/2017 8009057420 Screen misbehave Screen Changed
5. 04/05/2017 7007977442 System Dead Reinsert the battery
6. 28/06/2017 8009432095 No Charging Charging Socket fix
7. 29/06/2017 7008089071 touch panel misbehave Upper Case change for lodging a complaint take time almost half an hour after that 15-20 min for troubleshooting I would like replace this laptop as earliest or give me the permanent solution, Because it is very difficult to face my boss daily due to issues occurs in every month.
