I had sent parcel to Mr. Rajesh.M, Sarojam house, Mundiatath, Melur post, Elattery, Quilandy via, Calicut, kerala. Pin 673319 through Speed post on 28/07/09. The contents of the postal article is medical bills of my father (nearly 1.5 lakhs). But till date the addressee has not received the parcel. I had given complaints to postal dept, Pathanamthitta several times, but their reply is not satisfactory. first they told that they handedover the article to the addressee. After that they told it has given to his brother. Actually it was not yet received by the addressee.
I’m working in Afghanistan & the medical bills are to be submitted in my office for re-imbursement. But non receipt of the bills I couldn’t submit the bills in time to my office & I’m going to loss nearly Rs.1.5 lakhs. So I request you to do the necessary action to save me from loss.
