I was called for 45 minute presentation by the executive Anunaya Shrivastva lured me by saying all false statements that policy is only for today and tomorrow not available at same rate. He did not mention anything of Refund by any particular means. Further when i called for cancellation on website number it was not working. When I send email the support executive Ruksharbanu Sheikh said that she can delay the rest EMI for 2/3 months. When i argued she said REFUND is not possible on grounds of request not within 10 days and written application. This executives did not REFUND the Rs 15000. I had filed for refund within 10 days and they are not ready to refund. ONE OF THE FRAUD COMPANY WITH ALL ITS EMPLOYEES LURING CUSTOMERS BY FALSE STATEMENTS. WHEN THERE IS REFUND THEY FIND WEAK POINTS IN US AND NOT OF THE FALSE ARGUMENTS OF ANUNAYA SHRIVASTVA.
