I have made one i-term plan online in AVIVA company on 6th March for 20 years for 50 lacs and the annual term payment was made by me on that day with Rs. 13,565 till that they had accepted my terms and conditions and I have also given all the medical tests.After that they demanded for mortality charge which was Rs. 10,130 extra per year as an i-tem payment. Due to this consideration I refused the term plan and requested them to return my money back. They accepted the refusal and was ready to refund me Rs. 10,699 after deducting their processing charge on 3rd April, 2013. But after this declaration the money is still not refunded in my respective account. We have made several contacts but the money is still not refunded. Recently, they gave us an ARN number and told us to contact the bank for the payment. We have contacted the bank but the bank told that money is not refunded in my account. This is a request to help me to get my money back. The AVIVA i-Life Proposal No. was NUP75238150.
