The above builder at the time of approval for developing Nalanda Town Colony at shamsabad Road Agra up, made agreement with Agra Development Authority to do internal development works , He sold 300-400 houses in above colony , collected money from buyers and did’nt do following internal developments works. 1-Water harvesting( construction dissatisfactory) 2-Sewerage treatment plant(not constructed) 3-Water Treatment Plant ( DO} 4-Dalad Ghar (Do} 5-Solid Waste Management (DO) 6- Solar Energy Arrangement (DO) 7-Fire hydrants ( not provided) 8-Roads not as per standard- 9-Many works given in specification and salient features not done such as- school, club house , swimming pool,zim, tube wells, power back up for common facilities, wooden work in one room etc. 10- Electric management and distribution in builder’s hand on commercial profit, having following lapses- only two trasformers in colony whereas required-6,fitting , cables, apparetus mcb meters etc of sub standard quality, earthing not provided,servive charges and fixed charges recovered but services very poor, single phase supply on 5 kva load instead of 3 phase supply, ADA, Agra failed to monitor many works, Electric deptt also, causes whatsoever may be which led to these omissions.

Violation of environment protection act, wastage of rain water and used water,gutters badly overflowing, and health hazard, very unsafe in case of fire accident,recovered fairly high prices including all development charges from buyers hence case of cheating with buyers,case of breach of trust with buyers and ADA, Agra

completion of all development works as per agreement with ADA,Agra and as given in specification and salient features, and all pending electrical works as standard
