Non-replacement of blackberry curve 9220

Refer my earlier complaint (65377.2.2013) The shop has done mis-commitment to me regarding replacement of the Blackberry device which I bought from the shop on 2nd October 2013. Every-time they have misguided me regarding the faulty handset & they are neither replacing the device nor refunding me. From the blackberry service centre they are saying that there would be no such replacement against the problem featuring in the device.

I want my handset to be replaced at the earliest. Its not even a month & I am facing such harassment. It was my mistake to buy such a brand & from such a bad shop.
