Non Transfer of Airtel Broadband Connection

Well I have been using an Airtel phone (08042049435)connection for some time now for broadband. Recently I shifted my house and thus gave a request to shift my Airtel connection as well. I put in a transfer request on 4th of June and I was promised that it would be done within 5 days. Today is the 19th of June and I have called their rep’s several times. They treat us customers like some fools, it will be done within the next x days. Thats always the reply. And then after said x days their is still no response from their side at all. They tell me there is some “RSU” issue,they are unable to explain what that is, because of which they haven’t been able to transfer it but at the same time their sales person is ready to give a new connection in 2 days.This clearly shows that there is no real problem . I am unable to escalate the issue with them as well and its out of sheer frustration and helplessness that I am registering this complaint.

What I would really like is the connection to get transferred immediately and an official apology for all the trouble. Also I would really like to speak to an intelligent represtative from Airtel. Not the run of the mill , CC reps who read a standard script without trying one bit to understand the customer’s problems
