Tata Sky DTH TV- Unable to Watch TV

For past two months we are unable to watch channels and so complained to call center of tata sky and they send there person to rectify the problem and charged rs 135 and again after few days the same problem arised and they again charged the service fees. We have paid service fees of rs 135 two times for same problem and now again the problem has arisen and they are asking again service fees for the same problem in past one month. My question is how many times i will have to pay the service fees for the same problem and when will i get a permanent solution. My customer id 1018243129. I have paid for annual subscription will i get my money back if i cancel my subscription

We have paid for annual subscription and are unable to view the channels for past two months also have paid service fees two times.

We should be given a permanent solution to my problem and for package should be extended for the two months free of charge.
