While the access to 26AS is a pre-requisite before e-filing of the incometax return, it is frustrating (have been trying since 2 weeks-several times a day), that the Form 26AS cannot bee accessed either through the Bank site (though it takes to the screen, by confirming the PAN details). Similarly the incometax e-filing website though indicates the option to view 26AS, the result is same as through bank site. The message says-:Site is not available due to technical reason. Can anyone help why is this and how to resolve?
