I have vodafone number 9910469xxx. My billing cycle is 3 to 2 of following month. I had upgraded my 3G data plan from Rs 100 to Rs 250 during the month on 29 Dec 2013. I asked from Vodafone customer care and they confirmed that If I upgrade my 3G data plan during the month then charges for upgraded plan will be leviable. However when actual bill is generated for the period 03/Dec2/013 to 02/Jan/2014, Vodafone charged for both the plans (100 + 250 = 350).

I want reversal of Rs 100 plus rs 500 as penalty on Vodafone for charging false charges.
