I had resigned from the Orietal Insurance Company under VRS in July’2007 due to health reasons, but the same was not accepted. I had to stop attending office from 16th July 2007 but there has been no correspondence from the company till date for the last 4 years.

Sir, my name is still on the company’s rolls, my name still appears in the Seniority List of the company, on monthly the pay slip and all other records of the company. Sir for all practical purposes I am still on the rolls of the company- but when I ask for Non_ refundable loan against my daughter’s marriage, the Regional Office is silent on two times, first time my daughter’s marriage broke due to paucity of funds and the second time when I found another boy for my daughter – this time also I applied for the loan against PF- again silence from RO; hence I had to borrow money from outside,I have taken a loan from my near ones for the marriage. I am being harassed for no fault of mine.

Sir, I have served the organization with all sincerety for 30 years and there has been no occasion when the company has had a chance to issue any letter or any enquiry against me, this can be confirmed from my CRs for the last 30 years.

Sir, since I am on the rolls of the company and the company has not replied to my numerous letters to RO and also HO for payment of my dues, and I have to repay the borrowed money, I was finally decided to rejoin the company as my lenders are pressing hard for their money.

I had submitted a letter to the Divisional Manager at Surat Divisional Office under Vadodara Regional Office for my rejoining the company on 01.12.2011, this was duly acknowledged by him. Today when I have gone to report for duty I was not allowed to join and no letter for Not Allowance is issued to me. I was informed that the RO has not permitted my rejoining. This I was informed verbally and I was told that nothing can be given in writing.

Sir, I would request you to kindly let me know what I should do. I am not being relieved of my duties nor I am allowed to join my duties, although still being a part of the organization. Left to me I would like to serve the esteemed organization where I have given my best for 30+years.

Please look into my grievance and resolve the issue as I have only to look upto you, I am a small man and have no connections at higher levels.
