Respected Sir,

I ,Jasti Nagaprasad, PAN Number:AJYPJ8598F, Passed Certification in life insurance on 22 Jun 2016 vide URN Number: LICI1804160700 & Reg Number: I-131149L1151653 to take agency in LIC of India.

As earlier I had licence in TATA AIA ( Licence expired long back), Now LIC of India asked me to produce NOC.

I approached TATA AIA for cessation certificate in the month of July 2016(Copy attached). They have given reply that My PAN details does not exist in IRDA portal, hence Cessation certificate not required.

But LIC of India still insisting to produce Cessation certificate.

Now I do not have any option except to approach your authority. kindly intervene & do the needful at the earliest possible
