Sir my Jio number 70110 34486 is experiencing connectivity problems since 26/09/2016. It is unable to connect to internet after i tried to uninstall some of your apps from my lyf ls-4503 handset. I even tried to contact you via your portal 198, 199 as well as 1800 — , but i didn’t got a response. No one picked up my call to assist me. I reformatted my phone also but that trick also didn’t worked well. Currently, i am getting data connectivity only at sometimes that too at a speed slower than 2g. Please solve this issue. Sir , I m from Bihar . Dist – East Champaran , City – Chakia your jio 4G speed is very very bad here it’s work like a 2G nothing can be download it’s downloading speed is 20 to 55 kbps is this 4G speed
