This is Visalakshmi Kucherlapati.I had taken policy from Bharti-Axa Life Insurance Company on 7th Dec 2010 for the amount of 30,309.00 INR. My policy number is: 500-6685571. Till now I didn’t get the policy document.Though I’m an employee I was not there at home when the policy had come. Later on I went to Bharti-Axa office in pune,camp branch almost 15 times but no response from them.Since November 2011 I used to call their customer care executive for document,they are saying different types of answers but not the exact response.Finally again I went to Barti-Axa pune branch on 6th Dec 2011 and had submitted a written complaint and taken a xerox of my complaint letter with Barti-Axa stamp, wisely after one year of frustration.In letter I had clearly mentioned that I’ll come to Bharti-Axa office personally and take the document.That time they again said the same answer policy will be given in 15 days but didn’t get the policy.Again I went to Baharti-Axa branch on 16th Jan 2012 and filed a complaint for not receiving the document.This time also I had taken the xerox of my complaint letter along with Office stamp. Pune Branch Manager gave me a promise that policy will be delivered in next 15 days.And he with his own hand writing has given me a letter the document will be dispatched in next 15 days with Bharti-Axa seal.Today 30 Jan 2012 I got call from Bharti-Axa branch and they are telling that they need 10 more days for dispatching the policy because they need more approvals for dispatching the policy.I’m totally frustrated with Bharti-Axa Life Insurance company.Please kindly take a complaint against the company.
