Nykaa.com Online Shopping Review

My nykaa.com Complain- Loss amount: Rs. 359.0 I had placed an order on 13th october for six products from nykaa. My order no was 200012475. Out of the six product one product – Oriflame Pure Nature Organic Aloe Vera & Arnica Extract Soothing Cleansing PadsĀis yet to be delivered. And one product- maybelline cheeky glow blush has been delivered in wrong shade. I hd received the package on 23rd oct evening. On 24th itself I had contacted nykaa customer care executive and let her know about the wrong product. Sge told me to send them snapshots of the wrong product. I did the same and received an email from them which is as below- Dear Sayoni Mazumder, Thank you for contacting us. This is a system-generated response to acknowledge receipt of your e-mail. Your ticket id : 85090 Our customer service representative will review your query and revert back in the next 24 hours. I am still waiting for nykaa service representative to contact me. I had written on their facebook page to which some lady on behalf of nykaa had commented that they will send me my product asap. No other detail has been given to me officially. Now for the missing product which was supposed to deliver to me in separate courier, I am trying to contact nykaa but every time I get a computerized voice telling me all the executive are busy and I should leave a voice message. I jad left voice message four times but never I got a reply. I am very disappointed with the service of nykaa and I want my money back
