Respected sir, on 15/11/2015, I have withdrawal 3000 rupees from SBI atm counter at 20:54 ( ATM no – S1oF000002033) . 6 numbers of 500 rupees notes came out. out of 6, there was 1 no of 500 rupees note which was before 2005. Becouse the year of issueing this note was not there. now according to RBI rule after july 2014, those notes were not velid and if one person wanted to deposite that type of note , he/she has to provide ID Proof. so why banks are providing those notes in ATM after july 2014.??? Moreover banks are not willing to return that types of notes what they are only providing through ATM. because already I have experienced once previously with same SBI ATM counter. this is my 2nd time. thats why I gave this complaint.
