I have complaint regards Rediff Online Shopping people who fooled me, i have ordered a sewing machine and after all the product is 7 days late, After the product is dispatched to me , i have started using it, after the 2nd day it is not working properly, so i had given a call to those fellows , some lady picked the phone and said “number change ho gaya dusra number likho” she gave another number, i again called them, she said shoot the mail to the company with your order number then you complaint will be taken and we will take the steps forward, The reply i got from the company is “Greetings from Rediff.com Apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We are sorry to note that the item that you have purchased through the order no. 10518303 is found Defective. This is a very rare and unfortunate case and we apologize for the same.We request you to kindly send the item back to our seller within 7 working days mentioning the order number on the packet. ” this is way they treat the customers, dont go and shop here, itz my request .
