Hi! Last week all of a sudden my Ola Account has become defunct and having written to customer care I am getting the pre-formatted response that my account has been blocked due to misuse of Ola Policy. While I have never violated any of the policies !!! I insist to know the reason for blocking my account as I have extreme mobility and so taxi happens to be my need. I hope to receive a specific response and reactivation of my account. Sincerely Archana
