Th airtel has been deducting money from my prepaid account in the name of NTAROT and message has come from the Airtel on dated 26th.March and 23rd April 2017 and which reads as under :- “ Mamaste ! Your Rs 14 Voice Pack will be renewed in three days .For more voice pack dial *555#”. Please note that I have not given any instructions to you to avail your NTAROT services and you are deducting the money from my Prepaid Airtel Mob Account. You are hereby requested to stop your NTAROT services provided at your own sweet will or i shall be compelled suspend herewith airtel services.
