I bought a designer fancy sandle cum pencil heal chappal for my daughter from the Reliance Foot Print store located at Queens Road, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur. The Product code no, is 8907284410742 of COCOON brand chappal cum sandle with MRP of Rs. 3699. The bill no. is 7 dated 19.01.2017. The product colour was matching with the lahanga of my daughter which was to be worn on the occasion of her engagement on 03.02.2017. The product was defective abinitio and at the time of wearing on 03.02.2017 in engagement ceremony, the pencil heal got tilted and my daughter felt down on the stage.

I went to the store in the last week for change of the defective piece but they refused for the same and told that only heal can be repaired. I am not interested in repairing of the piece because it will again create the same problem as there is defect in the designing of the piece. So i Requested to the Manager of the Vaishali Nagar store of Reliance Foot print to replace the piece with other product but he refused for the same. I want back the money or replace of the piece with other product.
