I have posted a ad on OLX.in after which I was provided a 5% discount voucher that can be used on Flipkart.com website after activation. But that code is not working and not able to activate. I have called customer care of both OLX and FLIPKART but both are just saying to contact other party and not taking the responsibility. OLX says problem is on FLIPKART side, FLIPKART says OLX has provided incorrect voucher code but no one is ready to provide the solution. I have called multiple times and even send emails to both of them on following ids support@olx.in grievance-officer@olx.in cs@flipkart.com But havent got any positive reply. I want to purchase another mobile from Flipkart and not able to purchase as discount coupon is not working. This feels like brands are not concerned about customers satisfaction and ignoring the complaints.

Coupon code provided should be activated and work properly or new coupon code should be provided
