I have deposited the fees of rs. 5000.00 for ct scan of whole abdomen for my mother smt. sharma on 29.03.15. As per the procedure for ct scan we have been given contrast solution (usually barium sulphate solution) mixed in the mineral water bottles purchased by us from the market. My mother had taken the above solution but taking the same she was feeling uncomfortable and denied to undergo the ct scan test. On our denial for ct scan test, the om imaging & diagnostic centre (p) ltd. Staff were not agreeing to cancel the above test and after a lot of arguments they had refunded only rs. 4000.00. In the way they have charged rs. 1000.00 just for mixing the above solution in our mineral water bottles which is not legitimate on any ground.
