Vodafone 3G Cheating / Misguiding Tariff Plan

I received phone from Vodafone Customer care about change of Tariff Plan, where they have offered me a Plan E_Connect 3G 375, I was told that in this plan I will get 500 local minutes free & 1GB 3G unlimited internet connection after usage of 1 GB the dowloading of files will not happen,I confirmed with the person that I want a package that will be automatic lock after usage of 1GB he confirmed me that this package you will not be charge for internet as this offers you only 1GB and after completing 1GB I will not be able to download the files from internet,But I am surprise to receive a bill where I have used only 1 GB but they have charged me for Internet Rs 625.00 ,This company over phone are misguiding customers and wants to make money by any trick and ways, I had also filed a complain on 30th March 2015 again my another mobile number 9830201433,and the Complain number is 148737.42015 , I had changed my tariff plan for both my mobiles on same day 18th February 2015,It really surprise how they are cheating their old customer who is using they mobile number since 2002 ( almost 11 years ) Please help me in resolving this problem.

I am not able to use internet download at present in fear, I will be happy if The company Vodafone can punish they both staff the name which I have mention by paying my bill amount which has been charged extra to me. I want Justice and I am willing to pay my bill,but I will not pay for internet charges.
