I travelled on SpiceJet Airlines SG14 PNR Number KCXX9H from Dubai to Mumbai. The flight arrived in Mumbai on 5th march at 0825am. I had checked in two bags which were both locked at the Dubai counter. After landing in Mumbai I got the bags from baggage claim put it in a trolley and took a taxi home. After reaching home I noticed that both my locks were missing and someone had used a knife or some sharp object to tear the bags near the locks OF BOTH THE BAGS. There was a bunch of stuff that was missing which includes new mobile phone and other expensive clothes which add up to about 30000 INR. I called up SpiceJet customer service the next day and they were of no help. I then went to the airport and lodged a complaint with the airport police as well as the Andheri East police station.After seeing the footage i realized the CCTV footage is only from the time these bags were collected from the conveyor belt. The only place this could have happened is when the bags were under SpiceJets responsibility.The spicejet mumbai staff insists that this has happened in Dubai airport to brush me off. I am looking for compensation for my loss.

Goods worth 30000 INR were stolen from my checked in bag on a SpiceJet flight from Dubai to Mumbai and I am looking for compensation.
