OneAssist is a fraud company that has a policy of cheating customers. I took their highest plan called the Everyday Assist Privilege for 2799 on October 14th. I dropped my handset and the screen got damaged and i was entitled to a courtesy handset and a claim of damage repair for 15000. But despite repeated reminders and string of email’s including a threat to go to consumer forum they have not responded. They are now claiming they cant give courtesy handset as my location in Delhi/NCR is out of service area. I think they service people in jhumritaliyya only as NCR is definitely a very small non descript village. Now when i am asking for refund i am being told that i have used their services by filing a claim (BTW which was never processed by them )and hence i am entitled to zero refund. But great news for me is that my membership cheque did not clear and thus all the pain i got was for free. Cheers to ICICI bank for that Sumit Pani and his co founders have created a fraud company with fraud services.

Please do not take such plans by this company and be cheated
