(Goibibo – 595919) & (Goibibo – 661299) I am Hardik Gada and i had booked a return ticket from Mumbai to Chennai on behalf of Rima for 18th Aug & 22nd Aug 2015 of Jet Airways from Goibibo’s website. The flight timings were proponed & I could not travel in the flight. I had processed a request to cancel my return-tickets worth Rs. 6,000 & refund my money. Jet Airways helpline officials also confirmed my cancellation & full-refund but the Goibibo team is reluctant to accept the cancellation & is not refunding my amount. The worst part is the goibibo team isn’t even responding to the query. Attached are the screenshots of my mails sent to goibibo against which you were supposed to get back to me within 24hrs, its almost 2 months now & I haven’t heard from you. I have sent you 3 mails & I also have 2 phone recordings where the Jet airways team has acknowledged the cancellation of ticket. My complain tracking no is (Goibibo – 595919) & (Goibibo – 661299). It has been a really frustrating experience with GoIbibo and certainly not one where I would recommend you guys to someone… Hoping to get a prompt resolution for my issue!
