Having paid in cash in advance, we have to wait for more than 2 weeks to receive the order. Housefull saved the worst for last by not “processing” my order yet. The payment was made on April 19. Wardrobe name: Jill 2 door Regular Wardrobe Wenge. Price: 7400/- including del. charges. Then, it was communicated to me that the payment was not received. Later on, the product suddenly went out of stock, it was available when they took the cash. Afterwards, after clearing the air, I unraveled the fact that they’re selling the same product under a different disguise. Instead of the Jill 2 door, it said Marc 2 door for a higher price tag. 10,500 INR. Now, after a lot of dicussion, I agreed to pay off the remainder, they wanted the cash in advance before delivering. I declined and demanded for a refund. They continuously keep avoiding my calls and there’s no reply from their end either. Very unprofessional and their modus operandi is fraudulent. The plethora of online complaints is testimony to the fact that the owner, Mr. Shah should be behind bars for fobbing gullible consumers online.
