TATA Photon – Connection deactivated verification team’s inefficiency

I had purchase a TATA Photon MAXWIFI connection (Tata photon # 9212399xxx) in January’ 14 after paying Rs 5000 which included the device cost and advance rental for 3 months. However the number was disconnected in April due to a negative verification report. During these 2 months tata verification executives took an appointment twice to come for address verification but never turned up. On both the occassions I waited for long hours. During this period one bill was also raised at the unverified address which I duly paid. On reporting the issue to customer care I was advised to resubmit the documents to complete verification process which I did on 5th May. After 10 days I received a call from Tata representative saying the connection can’t be activated before 60 days. On asking the date of completion of 60 days the executive said they don’t know and can’t committ to anything. On asking for the process to surrender the device and the refund process I was informed it is not possible.

I wish to surrended the connection at the earliest and want TATA Docomo to refund the device cost and the advance rental for 1 month of data usage which I had paid up while buying the connection.
